Day 30: Why do you love Magi?

Ahh~ Let’s see if I can type this without getting emotional..

I love Magi because it’s the first manga I fell in love with that doesn’t have an anime.

I love Magi because the characters are so precious and have intriguing personalities.

I love Magi because it’s like I’m reading an adventure book, the plot is so unique and really refreshing. It pulls me in so much to the point where I can lose myself in it. All of the relationships and battles connect so well, the humor, the tears, the badass-ness, It all just gives me loads of feels that I never thought a Manga alone could give me.

I love how the fandom isn’t the largest, and the way everyone is so friendly and talks to one another, The Magi fandom is the best fandom I’m in at the moment. And I’m in A LOT of fandoms. 

I found out about Magi when my friend updated her facebook timeline picture to these adorable boys in Arabian clothes, and I was shocked at how perfect they looked! I asked her what series they were from, and she was so excited and kept spazzing “MAGI, MAGI”! I couldn’t really understand but I could clearly see she was super passionate about it. Then she literally forced me to read it, and I’m really glad I did, I was in love before I got through half of the first chapter. <3

There’s so many reasons I love Magi. It’s made me: nervous, angry, and sad. I’ve laughed, cheered, and cried while reading it. There’s been multiple nights I didn’t sleep because I had to catch up, I was so into this manga. I feel so close to the characters, they’ve become my precious babies, I love seeing them having fun and being together. ( most of them )

uguu ; w ; le tears are coming… I can’t believe the Magi 30 days challenge is over!! ahh, it went by too fast. Well, I typed enough. So yeah, I hope you guys understood my spazzing about my love for Magi.

Magi bumped it’s way up to my top 5 manga and snatched the #1 slot before I even reached chapter 5! x’D

Day 29: Favorite quote/line.

It resounds in my head more than it should, it stood out to me a lot and it was the first time we saw Aladdin like this and I really liked it.

There’s no text on this one, but every time I see this picture I can hear Alibaba and Aladdin’s cheering and deciding to go on more adventures together. <3

Day 28: A character you would love to cosplay.

Ren Hakuryuu ~

Just look at his outfit! It’s perfect and I love every detail of it. I’ll never cosplay him though ; w ;

I’d also love to cosplay my precious baby Aladdin because he’s so cuuuuute and shota and wonderful. Also Ren Kougyoku because I have a thing for characters that have beautiful outfits and her dress/hair is adorable~! but I’d be a total failure so I’ll never do it x’D

thus, I’ll stick to the characters I can pull of decently like Kassim & Sharkkan ^0^

Day 27: A character you would like to know more.

The character I REALLY want to know more about is Aladdin.. But since he’s the main character, I’m almost positive I’ll find out everything or close to, sooner or later. I also REALLY would like to know more about the Eight Generals, but again since they play an important role as well, I’m sure we’ll get to see that eventually.

So, I’ll choose..

Sinbad ~

Yeah, I know he’s “daddy of the seven seas”.. BUT what about his childhood? I’d like to know where/how he was raised, did he have parent’s or siblings? Was he always so positive about life?(lol) I’d like to know MUCH more about Sinbad, I’m sure I’m not the only one who does :’)

Day 26: A Character you would like to give a hug.

He’s so funny, and big, and fluffy, and kind, I just want to hug him! I bet his hugs are warm and full of love and akdjkdjak. He is awesome <3

But next in line would be Aladdin, Ja’far, Kassim, Alibaba, and Sinbad. <3

Day 25: A Character you would like to spit in the face.

Fatima!!

I thought long and hard about this question because honestly, spitting on someone in the face is mean! I’d rather fight and hurt them with a weapon, lol.

BUT THEN.. I remembered this twisted fucker >:I

SERIOUSLY.. you used to be a slave. You killed your “owner” and went free. YOU could of done something good with your freedom like… strive to stop slavery or help slaves escape or have a shelter for slaves with no homes to return to!! akdjakjdf It just pissed me off SO much that this guy would Become exactly like the people who once looked down on him. I really wish mor kicked his ass, but she gave him a wise lesson and I can only hope he changed his ways.

Day 24: A Character you feel you are most like.

Ja’far! without a second thought. As a child I had a really narrow way of thinking but I met amazing people that brought me out of that or “showed me the light” if you will.. and I was so grateful to them that before I knew it I was extremely loyal to them. As well as people who come into my life and treat me with acceptance, love, and kindness I’ll try my best to protect them and be sure they keep being happy, and when people get too close to them or misjudge them or say/do bad things to them I’d switch to yandere mode like “I need to remove this ignorant person away from what’s mine” ehehe.. I’ve even gotten into fights.. it gets really bad!!  > w <

Then there’s Aladdin, who is a free little Magi traveling here and there, meeting new people, discovering who he is and living every day as they come, and in that way we are very much alike. ^__^

Day 23: Favorite minor character.

Baba ~ she was such a beautiful and amazing character who taught Aladdin a few things that will always stick with him and she’s such a powerful leader and was an amazing character who appeared for only a short while but surly grabbed everyone’s hearts. I’ll always remember her :’)

Anise Saluja ~ She was such a strong women and a wonderful mother who truly loved her children. Alibaba, Kassim, and Mariam. Even though her story was brief, I really like her a lot and wished for some more moments of her and Alibaba.

Sahbmad ~ It took a lot out of him to speak up and be brave and get his words across, I really appreciated how he helped Alibaba and fought for what was right.

GOMEN!! > w <

I bent the rules a bit. There was no way I could choose 1. These three were amazing in my eyes and I needed to give them all some spot light. ^__^

Day 22: Your favorite villain.

Judal !!

This little prick.. akdjzskdjs where should I start to express my hate for him. but see? that’s my problem, I could never hate a character from the perfect manga Magi ; w ;

but Judal… he gives me so many reasons to dislike him but I honestly can’t.. Even though he’s caused my heart so much pain already.. he’s a character that’s become strangely precious to me. And I feel like there is another side to him. A gentle, lonely, loving side.. somewhere deep, deep, deep.. DEEP down in that twisted black heart full of corruption.

Him as a Villain is just~ ahhh it’s pure perfection. He’s such a prick and his character really makes me frustrated.. he’s so.. .. .. I can’t find the words to express how I feel about Judal.. but he is my favorite Villain.. so evil! x’D

Some day I hope Aladdin pulls him to the white Rukh and Judal can become good!! and will come to Sindria and make adorable, happy memories with everyone :’)

Day 21: Favorite Jinn.

UUGO~!!

In the beginning we saw how funny he was, then we saw how badass he was, and finally we saw how wise he was as well as how much he cared for and loved Aladdin. And it just really breaks my heart that he’s not physically with Aladdin anymore..

Day 20: Your favorite weapon/object/thing.

Definitely Ja’far’s weapon!! He’s always wearing them, and they look so cool when he’s fighting, I think it’s a pretty unique weapon that I haven’t seen any other character with and I like them a lot ~

Day 19: Best face.

I don’t think anyone understands how funny this panel was and STILL is to me, I die of laughter and cuteness every time I see it. JUST LOOK AT ALIBABA’S FACE! It is by far my current absolute favorite “funny face”.

But since we’re talking about faces, can I share my favorite “Sexy face” of Magi? okay~

Sinbad my love~!! He’s so perrffffff!! His face is perfection. his eyes, his skin tone, his hair, his eyebrows, his expressions, it’s all so perfect. akjskdjfdfv— one beautiful character INDEED .

Day 18: Something that didn’t happen that you wish did.

*cries* I REALLY WISH KASSIM DIDN’T DIE!! I wish he would of been cleansed of his darkness and became good, or maybe set out on a journey or something to better himself and eventually come back to be buddies with everyone. 

When his character was first introduced I was so stubborn to like him. Because I felt like he was the reason Alibaba couldn’t think straight and didn’t show right from wrong in his actions, Almost like Kassim was keeping Alibaba hostage. And I just wanted Alibaba and Aladdin to be together again~! But as I read more, I really grew to like Kassim. I feel he was killed off too easily, I wish he could of been around more but with a different personality. I wanted so badly for him to stand up while Alibaba was crying and just hold him and be a better person and.. . It just makes me sad that he’s not here anymore TT___TT

I hope to do him justice when I cosplay him soon! <3

Day 17: Funniest scene.

Gaaah!! Honestly I saw this panel on Tumblr before I actually got to this chapter but it still was surprising and hilarious. I just kept staring at Sinbad and his leaf.. like, “how is that leaf staying in place”? and “When is that leaf going to fall”? x’D

I figured nothing in this manga could be funnier than that crotch leaf.. AND THEN I SAW THE NEXT PANEL….

AND FELL OUT OF MY CHAIR!!!! X’DDD

Sinbad wearing Aladdin’s tiny clothes was so hilarious to me, omg it still makes me laugh too much! And on top of that… THERE IS A HUGE BULGE ~~ akjdksdjskdj! AND on top of that there’s a bow on top X’D >///////////////< oh goodness..

what’s the point of the vest? Just take it off! x’D
